STRENGTHENING PARTNERSHIPS AND PUTTING IN-DEPTH RESEARCH TO WORK.
Review and Redesign of Partner Alliance Strategy
Challenge:
While its highly successful partner program was fully subscribed, the partnership team wanted to explore what the next iteration of the partnership could look like. ASAE asked Navigate to conduct in-depth qualitative research on its current offering, analyze potential barriers and opportunities, and determine how the program and/or its strategy could be elevated. The goal was to anticipate needs and innovate solutions to deliver additional value for partnership investment.
Deliverables:
• Targeted outreach to current, potential, and previous strategic partners.
• Development of a strategic approach that included a design, facilitation and execution of a first-ever partnership forum.
Results:
Deepened relationships with existing partners and the acquisition of new alliances on all levels of the program were achieved. In addition, a new asset was developed and the expansion of opportunities around brand alignment and the ASAE value proposition were realized.
Outcome: Well-articulated value proposition and increased awareness of the program.
